I would like to nominate our cute little Waldorf inspired doll.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=35511478
The idea of making 11 inch dolls was that they can easily come along the whole day. Every one is one of a kind. They are filled with organic wool from our sheeps in Northern Germany. The process of cleaning and washing it, is a very meditative one, sometimes inspiring the one who does this work. The doll will give the child the love back, it gets. The body becomes warm within play...
And the simple stiched face will give the child the possibility to live with it's phantasy. Every emotion can be in this doll face! It will not always look cute or angry, it can be both.
