    I take great pride in supporting the handmade movement, am VERY active on the Etsy forums and networking with other handmade artists, volunteer with a handmade giveaways website and of course, also feature handmade artists on my blog through reviews or giveaways. I ran an Etsy Festival on my blog back in May 2009 which was a huge success and had well over 10 handmade vendors taking part. I would certainly love to do it again!   74. am i allowed to take a motor insurance provider to small claims court? The insurer agency denied my claim, (I would take the at fault driver to small claims but I've no address to serve them or send a requirement letter). Another driver was at fault but his insurance carrier states there may be a difference in your claims so that they have to use the word of their insured vs. my word. I do believe they acted in poor belief and did not perform a proper investigation would this manifest as a valid claim in small claims court? I have to get the at fault drivers insurance company (not my own) to small claims for those damages to my car.
