My younger sister got her PhD in Edinburgh many years ago and I went with my mom to her graduation, such a thrill to see her in the bright pink gown!

  7. Woo Hoo!

Congrats to the Doc on the end of all the paperwork and hard, hard work. And congrats to the entire rikrak family for surviving all of it, too! As the wife of a recent PhD, I know firsthand that it's a rough time and well worth completing it!

    Hats off to you!

  8. I'm working on a PhD. It'll be 13 years in university by the time I'm done. I swear to you I'm going to make everyone call me Dr. Green for at least a month after I graduate. After a while you have to admit there is some ego involved . . .

    What a delicious vision!
